- Design pattern: First, you need to design the pattern that needs to be transferred to the surface of the product according to customer needs. You can use computer drawing software to design it,or you can draw the pattern by hand.
- Print pattern: UseUV DTF printer to print the pattern by computer numerical control, prepare the printing material AB film, A film is a sticky film, B film is a transfer film, and print the pattern on A film.

- Lamination: The pattern is printed on A film. After printing, lamination is performed while printing. This is a UVDTF printerthat can collect, discharge, and laminate materials. The finished product is completed after lamination.
- Cutting: We cut the printed AB film crystal label according to the size of the pattern and have prepared it for backup (using scissors and rolling mills for cutting, which is simple, convenient and fast, or an automatic edge-finding paper cutter can be used).
- Transfer: Stick the crystal label transfer sticker on the product surface, peel off the back film of the crystal label product (i.e. A film), stick the B film on the surface of the product where the pattern needs to be pasted, press it, peel off the B film, and the pattern is transferred. The whole process is to press and peel off the film to leave the words.
